Refund & returns policy
Payment is always made before delivery — there is no pay-on-delivery on SokoCheap. Here is exactly when money comes back to you.
When we refund
You paid twice
If the same order is paid more than once, the extra amount is refunded to the paying M-Pesa number in full.
You paid more than the order total
Any overpayment is refunded, or kept as store credit if you prefer — your choice.
We could not fulfil the order
If an item is out of stock after payment, or you cancel before we confirm the code, you get 100% back.
Refunds are sent back to the M-Pesa number that paid, within 24–48 hours of us confirming the double payment. Send your order code and the M-Pesa confirmation codes to 0758 317 284 on WhatsApp to start it.
No returns on delivered goods
Every product is quality- and function-tested before it is parcelled, so once an order is sold and dispatched it cannot be returned or exchanged. Please read the product details, dimensions and photos carefully, and pick the right size or colour before checkout. This policy may be reviewed and updated in future.
Payment comes first
We only pack a parcel after our team has matched your M-Pesa code against the till. That is what keeps prices this low — no cash-on-delivery losses passed back to you.
